Rick has led RPI since 2009, skillfully combining innovative technology solutions with operational management. His leadership style emphasizes building an inspired culture to accelerate growth. Under his guidance, RPI has grown into a global company named to the Inc. 500 fastest growing private companies for five consecutive years.
Rick also serves on the Board of Directors for two children’s charities: Change Making Change and Schools for Salone. He loves music and the outdoors and often spends weekends creating and capturing stories while barreling down the side of a mountain on a snowboard or bicycle or backpacking with his kids.Connect on LinkedIn
Executive Vice President, Business Development
Ted is recognized as a pioneer in the personalized photo merchandise industry. He joined RPI in 1996 and by winning customers like Cisco and Microsoft, helped grow the business into a multi-million dollar corporation. In 1999, he led RPI’s entry into the personalized products market with ipads.com, and steered its 500% growth rate over the next three years.
Before joining RPI, Ted worked as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for King County, handling felony prosecution. When he’s not working, he enjoys running, sprint triathlons, and tennis.
Ted is a graduate of the University of Washington Business School and holds a J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law.
Executive Vice President, RPI Europe
Building highly effective and result driven teams, Paul has been instrumental in growing RPI Europe into a solid international business. He joined Paro in 2008 as COO until he became RPI Europe’s leader in 2011. Paul has helped meeting the organization’s key growth goals ever since. Always focusing on the future, trying to be one step ahead of the game.
What Paul has learned throughout 25 years of leadership experience is that telling people what to do is easy. Inspiring them to join you on a strategic journey is the key to success.
Paul has earned Bachelor degrees in business economics and physical education. He gets his energy from coaching people and teams towards success and participating in sports like hiking and mountain biking.
Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Rick joined RPI in 2015 as our Director of Major Accounts and has had roles with increasing responsibilities for the company. He currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for North America and leads the customer-facing teams in our Seattle and Atlanta facilities. Rick holds a dual Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Iowa as well as Executive Education at Columbia University in New York.
Prior to RPI, Rick was in leadership positions within print manufacturing companies, including RR Donnelley, the world’s largest printer. He has worked for over 25 years in the print industry, managing sales teams and providing enterprise-wide solutions for large-scale customers.
Beyond RPI, Rick enjoys reading, running, cooking, and traveling with his wife to visit their two college-aged daughters.
Vice President of Finance
Adam joined RPI in 2015 to manage the global financial systems and teams in the US and EU. Adam is a former CPA, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Accounting from the University of Washington.
Before joining RPI he worked over 25 years managing accounting and finance teams for Seattle-based companies in Retail, and Specialty Outdoor Equipment manufacturing.
In his free time Adam spends as much time as possible in the outdoors. Running and hiking through the woods with his dog, skiing with his family, climbing with friends, and digging in the garden.
Vice President of Technology
Bob is a senior technology leader who brings a diverse set of skills and experience to RPI. He joined RPI in 2013 and is a driving force behind our mobile and corporate storefront initiatives. Focused on making it easy for our customers to connect with us.
Before joining RPI, Bob worked in the e-Commerce industry for drugstore.com and Nordstrom, and in ‘dot coms’ including shopnow.com and giftspot.com.
Aside from technology and software development, his passions include jazz, tennis, squash and photography.
Bob has a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.
General Manager, North America
Suzy joined RPI in 2020 and is responsible for our North American manufacturing facilities in Seattle, Rochester, and Atlanta. She comes to the company with over 25 years of operational management experience in the printing and packaging industries.
Suzy is a collaborative leader with a passion for bringing team members, customers and partners together to solve problems and improve processes.
She enjoys spending time outdoors, gathering and cooking for friends and family, travel and skiing.
Suzy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Marketing from California State University.
General Manager -- RPI Rochester
Andy joined RPI in September 2019 via the company’s acquisition of ColorCentric Corporation, where he held leadership positions in both New Business Development and Operations. Andy has been in the Print-on-Demand industry for over 20 years with an emphasis on the Personalized Print Market and has worked with many industry-leading companies across numerous markets. Andy earned a B.S. and MBA from The Rochester Institute of Technology.
Outside of work, Andy spends his free time with his family and enjoys golfing, skiing, and coaching his two sons in lacrosse.
General Manager -- RPI Atlanta
Rick joined RPI in 2013 through the company’s acquisition of DPI. He has been the General Manager for RPI-Atlanta since 2018 and heads that leadership team in driving the successful growth of the Atlanta operation.
Rick began his professional career on the client side of the industry as a graphic artist and print production manager within publishing, corporate and advertising organizations. He has held account support, production and operational management roles since moving to the manufacturing side of the business, bringing a customer-focused perspective to these roles. He thrives on building energized, responsive, and competitive teams.
Rick holds a B.S. degree from St. Lawrence University. When not otherwise occupied by RPI, he invests time with his family and in personal pursuits such as cycling, illustration, and landscape photography.
