Position Summary

This role will work closely with other areas of marketing and product management, UX design, engineering and agency partners to proactively manage, prioritize, execute, and continually optimize the site, plus support larger digital and media strategies, campaigns, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary lead for the ecommerce re-platforming project and website redesign and re-architecture project and consult/guide stakeholders.
  • Responsible for ensuring web information architecture, navigation, and customer journey are clear, compelling and consistent for desktop and mobile.
  • Help shape, maintain, and execute a roadmap of web projects, deliverables, and initiatives arising out of the re-platforming project and beyond.
  • Support website optimization strategies that improve user experience and funnel conversions, using A/B and user testing, personalization, and CRO strategies and initiatives in partnership with the digital media team for ongoing revenue and drive flawless execution with agencies, creative teams & other partners.
  • Implement robust onsite SEO initiatives in partnership with the digital team.
  • Drive ongoing management of the site including all ecommerce components such as cart, pricing pages, tool downloads etc. through creative, brand, copy, UX, UI updates and with an emphasis on revenue, storytelling, CX and customer segmentation.
  • Manage all budget planning, reporting including full-funnel website metrics and revenue attribution.
  • Refine and further develop processes to ensure projects are prioritized by impact and delivered on time including the management of international sites.
  • Help inform and partner with technology leadership for customer data flows and needs related to the website funnel including key areas such as registration, cart, etc.


  • 12+ years of web strategy and marketing experience in a B2C, ecommerce environment with responsibility for the full customer funnel.
  • A strategic thinker who can connect the dots between data and financial results, with experience building and advocating for efforts that drive the business and the team forward.
  • Demonstrated ability to push the business to take new risks and test/learn approaches that push the envelope and build on learnings.
  • A demonstrable ability to communicate site strategy, roadmap, information architecture designs and specifications using documentation, visualizations, wireframes etc.
  • Exceptional at inspiring and leading teams with a track record of creating a culture of excellence, cross-team alignment and ownership of results.
  • 10+ years’ experience working in, and understanding the dynamics of consumer ecommerce technologies. Depth of knowledge of BigCommerce or similar platforms, CRM, CMS, email and reporting tools.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s degree a plus
