
Bellamy joined RPI in 2008 and has more than 15 years experience in technology and operational management for such companies as E.pr (founder), Iridio and Premedia Technologies, a division of RL Donnelley. Most recently, he served as the CEO of Ivey Imaging, a marketing services company that provides graphic solutions for brand and retail stores.
After joining RPI as vice president of sales in 1996, Reischling grew the business into a multi-million dollar corporation through the addition of customers such as Cisco and Microsoft. In 1999, he engineered RPI’s entry into the emerging consumer printed photo products market and steered its 500 percent growth rate over the next three years. He is a graduate of the University of Washington Business School and holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oregon. Prior to joining RPI, he practiced law in the Seattle area and served as a deputy prosecuting attorney for King County.
Gens joined RPI in 2010 and brings 20 years of experience with high-growth internet and manufacturing companies to this position. Over the last 15 years, he has served as a senior executive in some of Seattle's fastest growing companies, including Ivey Imaging, 180solutions Global Seafoods and The TAS Group. Gens received his bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware and an MBA from the University of Washington.
Jackson joined RPI in 2009 and brings 18 years in supply chain management and operations for companies such as Motorola and Metawave. Most recently, Jackson was senior director of supply chain solutions centers for Philips Electronics North America Corp., where she was responsible for two high volume packaging and distribution facilities supporting the global supply of Philips' Consumer Lifestyle product lines. Jackson holds a B.A. from the University of Washington.
Pichette joined RPI in 2006 and has 12 years of experience working in the high tech industry for companies such as Amazon.com. Pichette is responsible for consumer product design and customer integration. She previously served as the Director of Online Services for PhotoWorks, a consumer social expressions and photo products company, where she was responsible for new product design, merchandising and user experience. Pichette holds a B.A. from the University of Northern Colorado.
