RPI Expands Operations Management Team; Adds Industry Veteran Susan Jackson to Support Company Growth

Former senior director at Philips Electronics now on board as RPI’s vice president of operations

SEATTLE, WA, March 30, 2009 — RPI (www.rpiprint.com), a leader in automated, mass-customized manufacturing and fulfillment for the consumer print-on-demand market, today announced that Susan Jackson has joined its management team as vice president of operations. Jackson is the former senior director of supply chain solutions centers for Philips Electronics North America Corp., where she was responsible for two high volume packaging and distribution facilities supporting the global supply of Philips’ Consumer Lifestyle product lines. At RPI, her responsibilities cover all aspects of operations and the supply chain, including the development of business processes, implementation of lean manufacturing techniques and supply chain and distribution management in a fast growth, rapid response environment.

Jackson is experienced in leading global supply chain re-engineering projects designed to minimize cycle time, reduce supply chain costs, and improve service to the customer. She is considered an industry expert in supply chain architecture design for rapid response, mass customization operations. Prior to joining Philips in 2004, Jackson was the vice president of global manufacturing for Metawave Communications Corporations, and held several supply planning and materials management positions with Motorola, Inc. She is a graduate of the University of Washington.
