"We are at our very best, and we are happiest, when we are fully engaged in work we enjoy on the journey toward the goal we've established for ourselves. It gives meaning to our time off and comfort to our sleep. It makes everything else in life so wonderful, so worthwhile." - Earl Nightingale

LEADERSHIP TEAM

We’ve built our team to be balanced—the perfect mix of experience and innovation, applied knowledge and creative vision.

  • Rick Bellamy, Chief Executive Officer

Rick BellamyRick is our CEO and the champion of all things innovative. He joined RPI in 2008 with more than 15 years of experience in technology and operational management. Most recently, he served as the CEO of Ivey Imaging, but has also brought change to companies like E.pr (founder), Iridio and Premedia Technologies, a division of RR Donnelley.

Rick loves going fast. He satisfies his need for speed with snowboarding and biking (mountain and road). He also loves the outdoors, so when he’s not barreling down the side of a mountain, he’s often scuba diving, backpacking or kayaking. His more civilized passions include food and music. His musical taste ranges from Coltrane to Mendelssohn, Muddy Waters to Gorillaz, and grew out of his classical and jazz piano training. His love of cooking was sparked by his mother, and was refined when he ran the website for the International Culinary Professionals (rubbing elbows with the super chefs and foodies from around the world…tough job). His current culinary explorations involve North African and Latin flavors.
  • Dave Gens, Executive Vice President & CFO

Dave GensDave has held senior executive positions at some of Seattle’s fastest growing companies—Ivey Imaging, 180solutions Global Seafoods, The TAS Group—and has more than 20 years of experience in the high tech and manufacturing industries. He joined RPI in 2010 and brought with him his unwavering, bottom-line-driven focus on sustainable growth.

Dave loves running, Nordic skiing, motorcycling, and any kind of puzzle. When not at work, you’ll often find him running or skiing with his wife in the cascade mountains followed by trying new types of food and wine with friends.

Dave received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware and an MBA from the University of Washington.
  • Ted Reischling, Sr Vice President, Sales

Ted ReischlingTed joined RPI in 1996 as vice president of sales, and by winning customers like Cisco and Microsoft, helped grow the business into a multi-million dollar corporation. In 1999, he led RPI’s entry into the personalized products market with ipads.com, and steered its 500% growth rate over the next three years.

Before joining RPI, Ted worked for six years as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for King County, handling felony prosecution. When he’s not working, he loves to run road races, participate in sprint triathlons, and “torture himself” on the tennis court. He also enjoys sunny vacations with his family, and emailing everyone on the management team about an exciting work-related piece of information that couldn’t wait for the next day.

Ted is a graduate of the University of Washington Business School and holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oregon.
  • Traci Pichette, Vice President, Product Management and Marketing

Traci PichetteTraci joined RPI in 2006 and has been working in the high tech industry for more than 14 years. She’s worked with companies like Microsoft, Amazon.com, and PhotoWorks, where she was responsible for new product design, merchandising and user experience. Traci has her finger on the pulse of consumer trends. With her other hand, she steers our product development and marketing groups.

Traci was destined to be in the personalized products industry. Her father was in the photography business and fed her creative side with the latest in consumer cameras and free film processing. When she’s not at work (or working from home) she loves to cook vegetarian food that even the most discerning omnivore would take delight in, watch movies and be creative—floral design, sewing, paper craft—whenever the mood strikes with whatever materials look interesting.

Traci holds a B.A. from the University of Northern Colorado.
