  • Rick Bellamy, Chief Executive Officer

    Rick BellamyAs CEO of RPI, Rick Bellamy drives the strategic direction and growth of the company. Rick joined RPI in 2008 with a successful track record of building innovative technology solutions skillfully combined with operational management. Under Rick’s leadership, RPI was named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing private companies for the fourth consecutive year.

    Previously, Rick was CEO of Ivey Imaging, a marketing services company providing brand solutions for retail stores. Formerly, he also held positions as Chief Applications Architect for RR Donnelley’s Premedia technologies group; partner and VP of Technology for Iridio; and founder of E.pr, an early internet startup and pioneer in content management and high resolution distribution services to media and retail companies.

    Rick also serves on the Board of Directors of Change Making Change, a non-profit organization focused on encouraging and providing opportunities for children and young adults to develop the habit of giving regularly to good causes. Children everywhere helping children everywhere. He loves music and the outdoors and often spends his weekends creating and capturing stories while barreling down the side of a mountain on a snowboard, on a bicycle or backpacking with his son and Boy Scout troupe.
  • Dave Gens, Chief Financial Officer

    Dave GensDave has held senior executive positions at some of Seattle’s fastest growing companies—Ivey Imaging, 180solutions Global Seafoods, The TAS Group—and has more than 20 years of experience in the high tech and manufacturing industries. He joined RPI in 2010 and brought with him his unwavering, bottom-line-driven focus on sustainable growth. 



    Dave loves running, Nordic skiing, motorcycling, and any kind of puzzle. When not at work, you’ll often find him running or skiing with his wife in the cascade mountains followed by trying new types of food and wine with friends.

    

Dave received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware and an MBA from the University of Washington.
  • Ted Reischling, Chief Client Officer

    Ted ReischlingTed joined RPI in 1996 as vice president of sales, and by winning customers like Cisco and Microsoft, helped grow the business into a multi-million dollar corporation. In 1999, he led RPI’s entry into the personalized products market with ipads.com, and steered its 500% growth rate over the next three years. 



    Before joining RPI, Ted worked for six years as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for King County, handling felony prosecution. When he’s not working, he loves to run road races, participate in sprint triathlons, and “torture himself” on the tennis court. He also enjoys sunny vacations with his family, and emailing everyone on the management team about an exciting work-related piece of information that couldn’t wait for the next day.

    

Ted is a graduate of the University of Washington Business School and holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oregon.
  • Traci Pichette, Chief Product Officer

    Traci PichetteTraci joined RPI in 2006 and has been working in the high tech industry for more than 15 years. She’s worked with companies like Microsoft, Amazon.com, and PhotoWorks, where she was responsible for new product design, merchandising and user experience. Traci has her finger on the pulse of consumer trends. With her other hand, she steers our product development and marketing groups. 

    

Traci was destined to be in the personalized products industry. Her father was in the photography business and fed her creative side with the latest in consumer cameras and free film processing. When she’s not at work (or working from home) she loves to cook vegetarian food that even the most discerning omnivore would take delight in, watch movies and be creative—floral design, sewing, paper craft—whenever the mood strikes with whatever materials look interesting.



    Traci holds a B.A. from the University of Northern Colorado.
  • Randy Bice, Chief Manufacturing Officer

    randy-bice3Randy is a transformational leader with nearly 20 years of engineering and international business experience in technology, innovation, supply chain management, and Six Sigma operational excellence.



    Prior to joining RPI, Randy served as vice president of digital solutions at Taylor Corporation, where he led efforts to transform its digital strategies and print-on-demand capabilities. His previous experience also includes key management and engineering roles at Oshkosh Corporation, Vermeer Manufacturing, and SPX Corporation.



    Randy earned a BS in mechanical systems engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and an MBA in business administration from Drake University. He is also an 18-year member and commander in the United States Naval Reserve. Randy serves as an advisor with industry leaders HP, Xerox, Océ and the Digital Solutions Cooperative (DSCOOP).



    Randy is an extensive traveler. He circumnavigated the globe by sea, is a million-miler by air, and has enjoyed visiting every state in the U.S.
  • Brett Eddy, Chief Technology Officer

    Brett EddyAn avowed technology enthusiast, Brett joined RPI in 2012 to help coordinate business needs with technology strengths. He brings RPI nearly 20 years of technology experience, most recently as CTO of Windermere Solutions, the technology arm of Windermere Real Estate. While at Windermere, Brett focused on building new technology solutions that created advantages for brokers, agents and customers, including an innovative iPad app, a new brokerage enterprise-class website built on modern web technologies, and personal websites for 6000 agents that leverage blogs, search, and dynamic data feeds.



    Throughout his career, Brett also launched startup companies including Ignition Garage and PublishNext, and enjoyed tenures at Microsoft, Visio, Watchguard, NetGalley, and Rosetta Solutions.



    When not pushing the technology envelope, Brett can be found capturing light, form and color through the lens of a camera. Ever since his grandfather put a 1970s-era Konica in his hands, Brett has held a passion for photography that includes landscape, wildlife, and studio shooting.  Brett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial design from Western Washington University.
  • Paul Adriaans, General Manager, RPI-Paro

    Paul has 26 years of expertise in a variety of industries, including athletics, steel, and high-performance plastics.

    

As a TQM manager, he has held positions in training, sales management, operations management, distribution and business units, international projects sales, national projects administration, and distribution.

    

Paul earned a BS in physical education and in business economics.
  • Marc Brouns, Manager Operations

    Marc joined RPI Paro in 2012. He is responsible for all production and maintenance activities in Eindhoven. Before joining the company, Marc worked for more than 10 years at the world's largest brewer AB InBev in several logistics management positions. Marc started his career at Océ Technologies in Venlo, where he worked as a logistics engineer for over 4 years. Marc graduated as an Industrial Engineer at Eindhoven University of Technology and has a post master degree in Logistics Management Systems.
  • Jan van Baar, Manager Sales & Marketing

    Beginning with a career in professional photography, Jan’s deep experience in the photo industry includes owning and managing a photo retail chain, encompassing responsibility for sales and marketing as well as operations. In addition to education and training in professional sales, his experience includes working as an independent consultant to businesses engaged in B2B operations, and involvement with the automotive industry.
