High Tech but High Touch
RPI has devoted significant human and financial resources during 2006 to optimizing its organization and infrastructure for its chosen market. The goal of our efforts has been to achieve the redundancy, reliability and capacity to meet the needs of a rapidly growing market. This advancing market has the requirement to produce large volumes of printed products but these products are highly personalized and must please the end user whose expectations are that they will receive a high quality printed product incorporating their life experience or personal expression. Our efforts have been directed by our understanding of both our partners and their customer perspectives on the products we make.
Today, RPI employs 50 professionals year round and up to 150 during the holiday peak season. We are located in a 20,000 square foot facility in Seattle, Washington which contains a state-of-the-art data center, seven high capacity digital presses and specialized high volume bindery equipment.
