Our data center provides a fully redundant automatic fail-over capability to ensure uninterrupted operations. Customer orders are received over the internet via our high bandwidth optical fiber link and 30 redundant servers process this data and store it on our massive 18 plus terabyte Network Attached Storage. Our internal high speed network is fully wireless to provide maximum flexibility in configuring our physical workflow and is fully integrated with all digital presses and workstations. Currently RPI operates seven high capacity digital color presses which can produce more than 100,000 pages of output each day. The proprietary RPI Publishing software platform provides the automation to gather customer orders and to track them efficiently through the process of pre-press, printing, binding and shipment. Our technology infrastructure, from computers to bindery equipment is fully redundant with no single point of failure to ensure reliable performance on a 7X24 basis.
