We understand the cost of customer acquisition for our partners and act accordingly. RPI procures and inventories all materials from proven vendors to assure consistency to promised specifications. Our digital presses are rigorously maintained and color management procedures are established and constantly monitored. Quality control is managed at each step in the manufacturing process and although much of the process is automated, no product goes to shipping without at least one person handling the product to examine its conformance to partner specifications. Our motto is “its not just a book – its Joe’s or Mary’s book”. RPI tracks all customer returns to determine any defect and holds regular quality meetings to review problems and correct our manufacturing processes.
